...a lot of practical ex­pe­ri­ence, and se­ni­ori­ty.

Most of our employees and part­ners have acqui­red over 20 and more years of prac­ti­cal ex­pe­ri­ence:

  • in leadership,
  • industry knowledge,
  • comprehensive understanding of the methods1 (and their scien­ti­fic background),
  • in diffenrent technologies2, and
  • partially very sound technical3 and orga­ni­za­tio­nal de­tail know­ledge.

We do not trade human resources. We are doing the job!

Our understanding of roles

We are accusto­med to spea­king the lan­gua­ges of the pro­ject spon­sor / mem­ber of the board (S), the business user (B), and the deve­lo­per (D). We me­di­ate and trans­late be­tween those roles. And we early and openly speak about prob­lems and try to solve them to­ge­ther with all stake­hol­ders.
